2025 O3C Open Challenge
The Ontario Council of Camera Clubs Open Challenge is an annual competition among individuals of the member clubs. Each club member is able to submit up to 12 photographs total into any of eleven categories including Nature Birds, Nature Animals, Nature Botany, Nature Landscape / Geology, Expansive Views, Architecture, People, People in Action, Creative Vision, Pictorial and a Theme topic this year’s being Canadiana. The entered photographs can be divided into the categories in any manner the photographer chooses.
The O3C Open Challenge is an opportunity for our members to present their images to like-minded individuals from other clubs in the Council, and to get at least numerical feedback on their images from a panel of accredited judges. About on third of the images entered make it to the final round, those images being of sufficient quality to be considered contenders for awards.
The 2025 O3C Open Challenge has been announced and John will be sending out the call to our members to participate in this relatively prestigious contest.
