2021 O3C Open Challenge Entrants

Thirteen members of the Guelph Photographers Guild entered between six and twelve images to the Ontario Council of Camera Club’s 2021 Open Challenge Competition. Of these, seven members had at least one of their images proceed to the final rounds of judging. There were eleven categories: Animals, Architecture, Birds, Botany, Creative Vision, Expansive Views (where direct evidence of man’s influence was allowed), Landscape and Geology (man’s influence not allowed), People, People in Action, Pictorial (things that did not fit other categories) and, the theme, Lines and Curves. The Guild was represented well, and members did very well considering that this was the first time eleven of the thirteen entered this competition. Of special note, Andrew Morse received a second and third place and was recognized as a Specialist in the Landscape and Geology category. Congratulations Andrew!
