Don Johnston is a Canadian professional outdoor and nature photographer based in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. He has 35+ years experience. He has travelled extensively in Canada and the US. Travels have also taken him to Cuba, South and Central America and Europe.

Don will present images that illustrate how he approaches photography in nature. Topics he will cover include: seeing beyond the subject, technical settings, necessary equipment, use of keywords during the photo shoot, visual building blocks of an image, colour and light, best times, no worst time, wildlife, abstracts, plants and landscapes. Emphasis on digital techniques also.
